→ ce label certifie que les textiles ne contiennent pas de substances nocives et qu'ils sont de bonne qualité pour la santé et pour la peau.

➤ Pour garantir une douceur et un moelleux optimal, j'utilise :
→ du fil chenille 100% polyester
→ du rembourrage en fibres de polyester.

Washing

Les peluches étant réalisées au crochet, elles nécessitent une manipulation délicate pour éviter d’endommager les fibres 🩷

➤ Pour les nettoyer, vous avez deux options :
→ à la main avec de l'eau chaude et du savon doux
→ en machine en utilisant un programme délicat, de préférence dans une taie d'oreiller pour minimiser les frottements.

➤ Pour le séchage, laissez la peluche sécher à plat et évitez absolument le sèche-linge.

Is it possible to personalize the colors of my plush toy?

Yes ! You can personalize the color of your plush toy according to your preferences! To do this, please first choose a plush model available on my online store. Then, contact me by email at the following address: contact@amurycrochet.com, or use the contact form available on the site to let me know your color choices. I would be happy to make your custom soft toy! Delivery times may be extended if the requested color is not available in stock.

Are stuffed animals safe for children?

My soft toys are designed with care, but they are not recommended for children under 3 years old due to the presence of small elements, such as plastic eyes, which could come off. Stay vigilant regardless of the age of the child.

Why are delivery times between 6 and 10 days?

As each plush toy is handmade by me, the delivery time is at least 6 days and a maximum of 10 days. This time frame varies depending on the number of orders and your location. I do my best to offer you a quality product as quickly as possible 🧡

How do I access my order tracking?

You can consult the tracking of your order at the bottom of the page of the site, by clicking on 'Track my order'. All you need to do is enter your order number or the tracking number that you will receive by email after confirming your order. You will then obtain the most recent information on the delivery status of your package.

Is it possible to return my package if the product does not suit me?

Of course ! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of returning your package within 14 days. The refund will be processed after receipt of the package and only if the product is in perfect condition. Also note that return costs are your responsibility.
